Service
NextuneEvents provides event operations software for production companies, including equipment tracking, staff assignments, and venue workflows. Features may change as the product evolves.
Accounts
You are responsible for your account credentials and for activity under your company account. Provide accurate registration details and keep them up to date.
Subscriptions
Access requires an active subscription assigned by NextuneEvents or renewed through approved billing channels. We may suspend access when a subscription ends or payment is overdue.
Acceptable use
Use NextuneEvents only for lawful business purposes. Do not attempt to disrupt the service, access other companies' data, or misuse staff or equipment records.
Data
You retain ownership of your company data. We process it to operate the service as described in our Privacy Policy.
Limitation of liability
NextuneEvents is provided as a business tool. To the extent permitted by law, Nextune Solutions is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the platform.
